Copperhead

Copperhead® manual monitors are rugged maintenance-free monitors designed for corrosive and non-corrosive environment applications. Each configuration of the Copperhead monitor has extremely low friction loss and, in conjunction with advanced Elkhart Brass nozzle technology, ensures optimal flow efficiency and stream reach. Copperhead monitors are FM Approved to the current edition of FM 1421 standard.

  • 1250 gpm (4750 LPM) maximum flow rate

  • 200 psi (14 BAR) maximum operating pressure

  • -45° to +90° (135°) vertical travel range

  • 360° continuous horizontal travel range

  • Full 3″ unobstructed waterway with cast-in vanes to ensure superior stream quality

  • Positive brass T-handle locks furnished for both vertical and horizontal movements. The T Handles are only available on the 8593-IV. The 8593-02 has the four-leaf-clover shaped lock wheels, and the handwheel version has no locks since the worm gear is self locking.

  • Tiller bar and dual handwheel manual control options

  • FM Approved for use with Elkhart Brass WPO-2000™ enables automation of the horizontal oscillation without the need of electric control unit. This is only available for the 8593-02.

  • Rugged brass construction for use in corrosive environments and seawater applications
