What is XD?
Elkhart Brass XD EN nozzles takes the industry standard for handline nozzles to a whole new level built to the European Norm. They are built tough like no other nozzle for Xtreme Duty use, or XD. They are the only handline nozzles that offer a forged shutoff body and a forged metal bale handle for maximum strength. They also include as standard a full round metal ball for the best stream performance, as well as fixed molded urethane or spinning stainless steel metal teeth that don’t break. All indicators and markings are laser etched, with no labels to peel off or scratch. Ergonomic grip inserts help with handling and can also be color coded. Its durability and efficiency ensures an embedded level of safety for you and your crew, fire after fire.

Select-O-Matic XD EN
Select-O-Matic XD EN Nozzles Automatic Flow
The Select-O-Matic XD EN automatic handline nozzle adjusts to fluctuating water supply conditions to maintain effective pressure and a consistent fire stream in all flow ranges. It does so by generating back pressure by using a patented internal spring design that leaves the waterway unobstructed. This mechanism ensures a quality fire stream, regardless of flow, and requires zero maintenance.
